Growing up on the island of Kaua'i I spent a lot of time at the beach, a meticulous child who loved digging in the sand collecting tiny colored shells. My mother and grandfather were jewelry makers, so it was only natural that I follow their legacies. At University of Hawaii I studied Fine Arts with a focus on metal works and soldering, and began placing pieces in shops around Waikiki. Soon, my work melded with my  desire to be a stay at mom and I launched CaliKaiHawaii online. I now have a supportive husband and three beautiful girls on my team. Native to Hawaii, my family has an inborn passion for nature's beauty and a love for sharing it with others. Together, we practice core values about protecting ocean life and educating people about our delicate habitats.
All our jewelry and crafts are Hawaii-inspired, handmade, and infused with a practice of our favorite Hawaiian phrase: "Ua ola i ke aloha", which means "Love gives life within". From our ohana to you and yours, we hope our products bring a sense of this sentiment into your hearts and homes.
Aloha,
The Baker Ohana
